Your existing ID card is your PrattCard. Go to www.prattcard.edu and click on the I'm new here link in the upper right hand corner of the screen to set up your account.

You can use your PrattCard to pay for color printing in any lab on campus and for any purchases at the PrattStore. Additional services being introduced soon could include payment for Copy Center services.

There is no charge/fee for the replacement of a malfunctioning card. However, lost or stolen ID Cards will be accessed a $25 replacement fee. All account information automatically applies to the new card, and the older card is deactivated.

Replacement cards are issued by the PrattCard Office in the Engineering building Room 111.

You can not get a cash advance from the value of your PrattCard account, however, once you graduate or leave the university you can request a refund for the remaining PrattCard balance. This must be done in person at the prattCard office within 30 days from graduation or withdrawal from classes.

Pratt's pay-for-print system was implemented throughout all the institute’s computer labs for color printing. For more on how to print from the labs with the pay-for-print system, see our printing documentation at any of the print centers.

Yes, money/value added to your meal plan cannot be used to make purchases at the PrattStore or Campus Print Centers. Pratt meal plans use the same PrattCard but must be paid through the bursar's office.

You will need to activate your card in person between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm at either DOC location: EDS DOC in located in Engineering Bldg, room 215D or HHL DOC is located in Higgins Hall, room 306.
